Shegrie Return Policy

We have a 30-day free returns and exchanges policy, which means all merchandise returns and exchanges may be accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, or merchandise must be defective. Intimates and sleepwear may be returned when unworn and in original packaging; we do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.

The return address will be provided by email. Since we have multiple warehouses, if you need to return or exchange the product, we will confirm the return address based on the warehouse where the product was sent; if you need to return or exchange the product, please be sure to contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Wrong Address
Due to the customer's reasons (such as: incorrect address, incomplete address and modify the address), the order delivery is unsuccessful, and the order needs to be resent. The time limit generally ranges from one week to one month, and your order can only be delivered again after returning to the warehouse. During the Resend time, returns and exchanges are not allowed. You need to wait until the package returns to our warehouse, and we will resend the package to you.

Return Shipping Fee
Shegrie covers the return shipping fees for exchanges and refunds. Please send the return shipping receipt to the customer service email after returning the merchandise. And leave your PayPal account after returning the item, and we will refund the shipping fee through the PayPal account.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used when you placed your order. If the returned goods affect the secondary sale, we have the right to refuse a refund. Typically, you’ll receive the refund within 3–7 days after your return is received.


If you need to exchange an item for a different SIZE or COLOR within 30 days of your original purchase, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. Merchandise sent to us must be unworn and unwashed or defective. Your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
